We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com for a return/exchange within 7 days of receipt of your items. We will accept returns/exchanges on regular priced items, provided the items have not been worn or used. Unfortunately, ll sale items are final sale.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Using a shipping carrier with tracking is recommended.

All items are shipped using Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. Shipments go out twice a week and delivery time varies across Canada. Parcels going to the United States may take longer due to customs. Please allow up to one month for packages to arrive. Upgraded shipping options are available if you require your item sooner. I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches Canada Post. After that it is out of my control.
+ Please confirm your shipping address. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address, we unable to take responsibility for its location. Buyer will also be responsible for any return shipping fees.
