We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for return/exchange within 7 days of receipt of your items. We will accept returns/exchanges provided the items have not been worn or used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All items are shipped using Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. Shipments go out twice a week and delivery time varies across Canada. Parcels going to the United States may take longer due to customs. Please allow up to one month for packages to arrive. Upgraded shipping options are available if you require your item sooner. I am responsible for your purchase until it reaches Canada Post. After that it is out of my control.
